If anything can go wrong, it will. And it did!
The adage hit home with a vengeance yesterday commencing with the demise of my laptop and ending with my tablet following suit.
Who knew? Which just happens to be the theme for today's post. It works for me, as does my SmartPhone and one massive streak of determination.
Elvis has had hundreds. No shortage of Abe Lincolns either. Doppelgangers (my new word of the day is a delightful German word) are not the rare breed one would think. Most of us have a look alike out there somewhere given the limited number of human traits to go around and the enormous number of humans currently inhabiting the planet.
On the other hand, the odds of you ever meeting your doppelganger are pretty astronomical, all things considered. And yet two men beat the odds late last week courtesy of Ryanair. Another good reason to travel. You might otherwise never meet your doppelganger! Maybe once in the mirror every morning is enough.
Would you believe the two men, one from England, the other from Scotland, just happened to book seats next to one another? Believe it!

Who Dat Dog?
If you haven't yet met Crusoe (as in Robinson), today is your lucky day.
The miniture black and tan dachshund admits his ego is much bigger than his body. But Crusoe himself warns via his website, "don’t take ‘miniature’ too much to heart. On multiple occasions vets have said I am the most muscular wiener dog they've ever seen."
Personally, I like his lust for adventure. And his sense of style. See what you think. Oh, and thanks Jimmy for introducing me to Crusoe!
