Okay, so I’m not exactly mooning my life away waiting to see a blood moon. Did you get to see the blood moon? It was quite spectacular. I have pictures I’ve dying to share!
You may think my ramblings all moonshine from someone quite moonstruck, but given the preponderance of babies born during a full moon, much less a blood moon, lunacy hardly seems a stretch of the imagination.
If I didn’t know better, I’d say I was a moon child, born under the sign of Cancer. Alas, I’m a Scorpio, which certainly explains my emotionally intense response to this week’s blood moon.
I figure in a few days, the honeymoon will be over and I’ll return to crying for the moon. Fortunately the next blood moon is just six months away, on April 4, 2015; and another blood moon six months after that, on September 28, 2015.
I know; today's post is very cheesy. Then again, so is the moon.
Meanwhile, Jimmy has promised to fly me to the moon whenever the need arises. It's an offer I can't refuse.
