Let’s just say, the company definitely puts its heart and sole into celebrating their 2012 hundred-year anniversary.
It looked like a lost sole tooling down the Ohio turnpike. I guess if the shoe fits . . . Despite appearances, Eddie (he was driving the boot/pickup truck) wasn’t really lost. Eddie was really just an affable working man giving the rest of us (Jimmy and me and good friends Lee and Bob) weary travelers the boot, as in the L. L. Bean Maine Hunting Boot. Eddie was making his way from an event in Chicago, Illinois back to Freeport, Maine. L.L. Bean is obviously a giant in the outdoor clothing and recreation industry.

As LLBean customers, we love it! Or, as Jerry said, "Some people will do anything to get in the picture." That's probably you!

Could be someone was giving me the boot; if so, I'm ready to admit de-feet! Comments are closed.
