Jimmy and I are actually off to the Great Smoky Mountains of Tennessee this morning to see the synchronous fireflies; thousands of lightening bugs strutting their stuff in unison. This rare outdoor light show via a very special species of beetle occurs in only two places in the world; the Great Smoky Mountains and Southeast Asia. Next time, maybe we'll try Asia.
